The Migration Conference Registration categories and fees along with deadlines are listed below. Continue to TMC Shop to pay your registration fees. If you cannot use Credit cards or PayPal, please email us at migrationscholar@gmail.com for bank transfer details. 

REGISTRATION TYPES:

The Migration Conference is maintained on registration fees by participants. Fees are set at levels to cover expenses as well as supporting disadvantaged colleagues. Additional sponsorships are always welcome to support those coming from low income countries. The hybrid format of the conference allows both virtual and in person participation. We aim to link all sessions virtually if and when infrastructure in the host venue allows. Virtual participants will have limited access to many facilities on offer while also missing some sessions which may not be connected online.

Virtual presentations and participation will be available via MS Teams and all registered participants will have access to these.

Registration types are as follows: Each category includes options for full time employed, retired, unemployed, student delegates and those from host institutions etc. Please select the appropriate option. Please note reduced rate registrations are offered to support our colleagues and where possible everyone is encouraged to register at full rate.

If you are attending in person and would like to join the Conference Dinner, please purchase a dinner ticket too.

Please note the Early Bird fees are to encourage earlier confirmations to help us keep logistic costs lower. Late registrations (after 15 April) will incur higher fees.

Early Bird In-Person Registrations [Valid until 15 April 2025]:

• Reduced Rate (Students, Unemployed, Retired, Low Income Country Residents): £185

Late In-Person Registrations [Valid until 1 June 2025]:

Virtual (online) Participant Registration

Early Bird Virtual Registrations [Valid until 15 April 2025]:

Late Virtual Registrations [Valid until 1 June 2025]:

Registration allows access to online and offline conference materials; participation in sessions throughout the conference virtual or face to face depending on participation type you choose. For all virtual participants, it is important to download MS Teams app and get ready for online sessions.
