Welcome to Ibero for TMC 2024

A continuación, compartimos información útil sobre el campus:

Ubicación dentro del campus:

Contaremos con la mesa de registro de miércoles a viernes de 8:30 a 16:00 horas afuera del edificio Sánchez Villaseñor, ubicado en el edificio N.
Todas las sesiones paralelas se concentrarán en los edificios R y S.
La conferencia inaugural será en el auditorio Sánchez Villaseñor, ubicado en el edificio N.
Las demás conferencias magistrales de la mañana y las mesas redondas de la tarde, se ubicarán en el auditorio Ignacio Ellacuría, Edificio S, sótano.
Las comidas se ofrecen únicamente para las personas que están registradas en el Congreso (con gafete). El miércoles y viernes se llevarán a cabo en el Espacio Montserrat, a un costado de la puerta 12.
El jueves únicamente se ofrecerá un lunch ligero en el lobby del Auditorio Ignacio Ellacuría. (Edificio S, sótano).
Las pausas para café serán en el lobby del auditorio Ignacio Ellacuría, Edificio S, sótano.
Además de los Coffe breaks, contamos con dos cafeterías en donde pueden comprar café y algunos bocadillos ligeros:
- Capeltic edificio H junto a Lumen, enfrente del edificio A
- Giornale Edificio K Planta Baja.

Acceso al campus:

Peatonal: por puerta 12, traer identificación oficial: #140251
Vehicular: por puerta 11. El código de acceso con costo preferencial es: #140251, traer identificación oficial.

Acceso a internet:

Las claves para poder acceder al servicio de internet de la Universidad Iberoamericana estarán disponibles en las puertas de los auditorios y salones asignados a la conferencia.

Transporte para la Cena de Gala:

Contaremos con camiones que saldrán desde la puerta 3 de la Universidad Iberoamericana, a las 6:45 pm. De regreso, harán paradas en la puerta 11 de la Universidad Iberoamericana y en los hoteles Stadia Suites y Novotel Santa Fe. Los horarios para el regreso son: 23:00, 23:45 y 00:30 horas.
Las personas que quieran ir en el autobús y dejar su auto en la Ibero, deben de estacionar su coche en el pasillo de la puerta 11.

Below, we share some useful information about the campus:

Location within the campus:

We will have the registration desk from Wednesday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:00 hrs. outside the Sánchez Villaseñor building, located in building N.
All parallel sessions will be concentrated in buildings R and S.
The opening conference will be held in the Sánchez Villaseñor auditorium, located in building N.
All other morning keynote lectures and afternoon roundtables will be held in the Ignacio Ellacuría auditorium, building S, basement.
Meals are offered only to those registered for the Congress (with badge). On Wednesday and Friday, they will be held at Espacio Montserrat, next to gate 12.
On Thursday, only a light lunch will be offered in the lobby of the Ignacio Ellacuría auditorium (building S, basement).
Coffee breaks will be in the lobby of the Ignacio Ellacuría auditorium, building S, basement.
In addition to the coffee breaks, we have two cafes where you can buy coffee and some light snacks:
- Capeltic, building H, next to Lumen, in front of building A.
- Giornale, building K, ground floor.

Campus access:

Pedestrian: through gate 12, bring official identification: #140251.
Vehicular: through gate 11. The access code with a preferential cost is: #140251, bring official identification.

Internet access:

The passwords to access the internet service of the Universidad Iberoamericana will be available at the doors of the auditoriums and rooms assigned to the conference.

Transportation for the Gala Dinner:

We will have buses departing from gate 3 of the Universidad Iberoamericana at 6:45 pm. On the return trip, they will stop at gate 11 of the Universidad Iberoamericana and at the Stadia Suites and Novotel Santa Fe hotels. Return times are: 11:00 pm, 11:45 pm, and 12:30 am.
Those who want to take the bus and leave their car at the Ibero should park their car in the hallway of gate 11
